Delete Your Account

Fastest way: delete inside the app

1. Open the Ball by Ball app and sign in.
2. Open the menu and go to My Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and personal information are removed immediately.

If you no longer have the app installed, submit this form and we will delete your account within 30 days. We may contact you at the address you provide to verify the account belongs to you.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone), sign-in credentials, notification tokens and personal settings are deleted. Scores and statistics that form part of other users' completed matches may be retained with your personal identifiers removed, as they are also a record of those users' games.
